With great sadness as I write this...My father recently passed away and we came across Melrose Abbey. Abigail herself was a blessing and the biggest help to my family and I. She explained the process thoroughly, she was so responsive to all of our calls and emails. She was able to get all the necessary paperwork and she happily obliged with all of our requests. The place itself was clean, everything was done on time, Abigail and her staff were so kind, empathetic, patient and really helped us through this difficult time. This was an unexpected passing of my Father and we didn't know much but like I said she went over everything to make sure we had the proper Hindu ceremony and respected all of our cultural wishes. My Dad was given a proper and the most beautiful heartfelt funeral. The flowers, casket, ceremony to all the details couldn't have been more perfect. My family and I are so grateful for all the hand holding during this difficult time. Abigail went above and beyond. My only dislike was the mic for the speeches there was a loud echo making it difficult for the people to hear the speeches but during the recorded live stream the voices were recorded just fine so we have this forever.

We have the pleasure of working with Abigail to help with our father’s funeral, and we couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of her and your mortuary. This is a tough time in people's lives because they have to say goodbye to their loved ones, and there is so much that needs to be done, but Abigail made the process so easy. Her communication was exceptional and made things much easier to process. Although it was tough to hear inside the room, the livestream was excellent, and our guests were able to listen to our speakers clearly I cannot thank you guys enough for the excellent job you guys did in helping to honor my father.

My family has been doing business since 1962 with Melrose Abbey. Plots are maintenance well with the property always immaculate. Tim (staff) extremely helpful pertaining to information regarding family there and went with me to find location of my grandmother. Did not go unnoticed the effort he gave to give me correct answers. Very happy with this visit here.
