Barker and Sons sent out their senior plumber James (aka Jimmy) and his junior partner Chris to install a SpringWell whole house water filtration system and a salt-based water softener at my newly remodeled home—and I can confidently say they delivered one of the most professional, meticulous, and thoughtful installations I’ve ever experienced. They ran all the piping underground to preserve the aesthetic of my home, and when they left, it was as if nothing had ever been disturbed. Not a single shortcut was taken. Every connection, valve, and fitting was tested thoroughly, and they walked me through the entire setup to ensure I understood how everything worked. Jimmy even went above and beyond and he painted all the exposed copper piping to match the house perfectly. That kind of care, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship is almost unheard of these days. Jimmy and Chris treated my home like it was their own. The install was flawless, the finish was clean, and the system works beautifully. I honestly can’t recommend Barker and Sons—and especially Jimmy and Chris—highly enough. Bo has a vast knowledge of older houses as well as the newer models. Mine is 1957 build. I am redoing the front bath and purchased a sink, faucet and stopper of my liking. My sink is wall mount on irreplaceable Italian tile. Bo made sure everything was done perfectly! I would not hesitate to use this company again.

We called them out for a estimate and was very pleased with the time they took to show us what was needed to get the job done. Very friendly, courteous, and prompt. We give these gentlemen a high 5.

I had an unusual request regarding the gas line coming into my house. This was my second experience with Rooter Hero Plumbing. Just like the first, they were exceptionally professional and sent out Don Rothenberger to tackle the job. He was on time (actually a few minutes early), and after I explained the job, he was right on top of it. He did an excellent job, and the result looked like my pipes were brand new. I have no reservations asking for him the next time I need some work done. Great job Don!

Carlos Beltran did an excellent job! Knew what he was doing, had the right equipment and fast! Carlos arrived about 30-45 minutes after I called. I promptly received a text and an email on the ETA and the price was reasonable. It doesn't get any better than this.
