ihave been using Urban Tails since August when I went back to work, and it has been an amazing experience. I had a lot of difficulty finding dog walkers in my area, so I am lucky I found Brianna! Brianna is a great communicator and relies quickly to texts. She also sends videos and pictures of my dog while on their walk along with a map of the path they took. She is reliable and responsible and trustworthy. When it was too hot to walk, she suggested an alternative and I appreciated that because it showed she cared about my dog. She is also flexible if changes need to be made to the schedule. I also feel she is reasonably priced for her services. I highly recommend Urban Tails.

My Brody boy absolutely LOVES Brianna! I think he may love her more than us with how happy he is when she comes over. Brianna is the best and she's reliable and just a really great person. After her walks with Brody she always sends me a digital map of where they went and cute pictures. We have Brianna come over weekly, then extra days (like every day) when we are out of town while my mom doggy sits since Brody is a handful. I love that I can trust Brianna with my "baby" Brody and she's been such a blessing.

We were gone for 2 weeks and she walked out labby. Sent us the routes she took and everyday pictures that my boys loved since they missed their Bella. I will continue to use her for future trips and vacations. Constant communication as well. So many positives!!! Thank you again for everything.

Bridget has been working with our dog Finn once per week and his progress has been extraordinary! He is much less reactive on the leash and can now walk by other pups or someone can cycle by us and he wont bark. We did a training session with Bridget and she taught us really practical skills to curb Finn’s excitement which has made our own walks so much more enjoyable too. The best part about Bridget’s method is that it’s not treat motivated and we’ve found Finn is consistently more responsive to these techniques.

Bridget has been walking my dog for more than a year and I think she is phenomenal! Sugar can be reactive and prey-driven, and Bridget handles that without any issues. She also goes out of her way to provide pack-walks with other dogs so my rescued dog is increasing her socialization skills. I am glad our dog trainer introduced me to Bridget.

Bridget provides the highest quality of service and care to our dogs. She pays attention to detail, provides updates in a timely manner, is extremely considerate and communicative - could not ask for more. Highly recommend. Would give 1,000 stars if I could.
