uBreakiFix was unbelievably kind to me when I went to them with, in hindsight, an extremely easy problem. I do not know much about computers and they could have easily taken advantage of that but they didn't. They were honest and very kind and did not even charge me for the service, as they never had to check the computer in. I am so thankful for their kindness and would give them 6/5 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

I needed to get my phone screen fixed under warranty, and the technicians did a terrific job replacing it. The repair took just 2 hours and my phone is good as new. Plus everyone was really friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I'd definitely use them again for any tech troubles.

Can't thank Zachary enough for his help. It only took 20 min for him to unlock my BRAND NEW PHONE. My frustration was at an all time because I only had the phone 2 days. They were super professional and pleasant. Appreciate the help.
