It’s always a wonderful experience with the staff of Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Between both visits since 2022, they’re here in less than 9 hours to be of assistance. Considering the recent inclement weather we had (for this second visit), that was more than generous. Each time, the issue was resolved the same day. Holly was very patient and kind. She got me scheduled with ease and Keil was prompt the next morning to take care of my hot water heater. He was very pleasant and gave me preventative maintenance tips. Great family-owned business and their hearts go into what they do for others. I highly recommend this company.

The team at Mr. Rooter saved me from a local competitors bad work. They were transparent and communicated effectively. I was so pleased with their work; I called them back to trim out all of our bathrooms. Not only did they care about doing a good job, but they also cared about the aesthetics as well. I would absolutely recommend them for your plumbing needs. Thank you, Holly and Team.

Abel and Joel were awesome! They worked quietly and efficiently and we are happy with our water heater upgrade. Our bathroom vanity upgrade is better than envisioned and the faucet is much easier to turn on and off. We are beyond pleased with the quality of work and finished product.

Abel was amazing. Quickly determined my RO system improperly installed and re-installed the system the correct way. Now I can use my sink again.

Alfredo came to service my house and did an excellent job. He was easy-going and kind, and explained clearly what needed to be done. I really appreciated his patience—he waited for me to arrive and also for payment without any issue. He fixed the problem in under an hour, and everything was handled smoothly. I would definitely use the company’s services again if needed. Highly recommend Fluffy! Feliz Navidad.

Frank with Capital Plumbing is amazing. We received a notice from the city late on a Friday night that a leak was detected at my college child's townhouse. After calling on a Saturday, Frank responded quickly and kindly. Not sure if I should wait until Monday for a regular service call, Frank gave me helpful tips to identify if I had an emergency leak or not. Once I arrived to the townhouse and realized how severe our issue was, he made it to the property quickly and began working right away. Although hourly rates are higher for weekend emergency service, he was respectful of the time and worked quickly and efficiently. If I have an issue in the future, I'm calling Capital Plumbing and asking for Frank.

Had a 20 year old hot water heater that got a pinhole leak in the copper tubing. Valve to cut off the water was frozen shut. Called Capital Plumbing on Sunday for emergency service. Frank answered and told me that he would be here in 45 minutes. He WAS! Put in a new valve and fixed the leak in less than an hour. So impressed we decided to have him install a new water heater. NOT disappointed. Did a great job. Would recommend this company and Frank in particular.

Highly recommended. My hot water heater went out late on a Friday afternoon. I couldn’t find a plumber that was willing to come out the same day to fix it until I called Capital Plumbing Contractors. The manager (Helen) went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule. Within an hour my hot water heater was back online. It’s rare to find businesses with this level of customer service and professionalism! Thanks Helen.
