We needed to get weekly service for our pool. Just too much to handle on our own, pool kept going from green to clean. We contacted Swain Pools to set up a weekly service. The person I talked to on the phone was knowledgeable and courteous. They sent out their cleaning crew who had great recommendations and were a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to using them in the future for upcoming projects.

Swain pools did an excellent job repairing a leak in our spa. Service was prompt and efficient. The technician was very knowledgeable, personable and provided great customer service. We are very happy with our choice to use Swain.

Swain Pools & Spas diagnosed my heater problem on my hot tub. The technicians were polite, professional, and proficient. I would definitely use them again.

I have been using Terry’s Pool Service for at least 10 years, from repairs to regular cleanings. MaryLu is very knowledgeable and keeps the equipment up and running. She really cares about providing excellent service. Cal takes care of weekly cleanings and when things weren’t quite right, she resolved the issue and now the pool is sparkling. If there is a problem, Angie always cheerfully takes my calls, making sure someone responds promptly.

Our experience with Terry’s Pool Service has been exceptional! Our technician, Perry, is amazing and goes above and beyond to provide top notch service. He pays attention to detail, notifies us of any issues he discovers, and is an absolute joy to work with.

Terry Pool Service is very responsive and does a great job! Teresa, our current pool technician is the best ever. She treats our pool as her own and she is very communicative. She gives us heads up on maintenance issues and alternative options. Thank you Teresa! You’re the best.
