Such a great company to do business with. Their customer service is A+ with quality to match. The owner, Brian, was very hands on at the beginning of our construction to make sure the rough framing was correct to ensure proper fit for our doors. Josh, who runs day to day operations, has been awesome to work with when it comes to scheduling and addressing our concerns. Highly recommend Access Garage Doors!

You would be amazed with all the features a new garage door comes with. In addition, this company has impeccable customer service. Great quality! Great prices! My garage door remote stopped responding & would not open the door. I thought I just needed a new remote & contacted Precision Garage Door Services on October & Rey Perez was the technician. He checked out everything & let me know ultimately, I'd need a new garage door opener & rollers so my door would open smoother. Rey was very knowledgeable & kind; he reprogrammed my remote & let me know he couldn't guarantee how long it would last before it would go out again. Fast forward to December, Aaron K. was my technician & he was able to pick up where Rey left off. He provided me with four options within my budget & said he'd be done in an hour. Aaron was personable & professional. My garage door now works perfectly & I'm so glad I called Precision. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!.

Entirely professional from start to finish. I was serviced an hour after I called and the tech came on time. They are transparent on fees and are super reasonable. Logan was knowledgeable and made sure to troubleshoot everything before deciding that I need a new battery and some lubricant for the door. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase anything new and he answered questions and gave advice on new systems should I decide to get one in the future. Friendly and pleasant. I would recommend to anyone seeking service.

The same day service was exceptional from the initial call in to completion. Our technician Logan was great! He diagnosed two garage doors quickly, including a repair for one I was sure needed to be replaced. He gave me several price options, pressures free and was patient as I asked a lot of questions. He called me before coming, sent a picture of himself and a short bio. He even asked if I wanted something from the store he was stopping at. Highly recommend Precision and Logan if you can get him.

They always work me in their schedule quickly, and are always able to miraculously salvage my garage door to survive another day - no matter how I abuse it!! Their pricing is more than reasonable. Jake has responded to my service requests both times and is extremely professional, kind, and knowledgable. His work is impeccable!! When I build my home next year I definitely want Kelly's doing the installation and maintenance of my garage doors. Customer for life!!

Could not be happier with this service. Came on the day they promised, at the time promised and they were able to fix our door in less than an hour for a very reasonable rate. Polite, friendly and very professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
