Tony Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning is a fantastic company. The employees that we have had contact with have been very knowledgeable at what they do and are very pleasant. I want to give a shout out to Jonathan and Robbie, these young men were very professional and went beyond to make sure that everything was done to the highest standards when they (at different times) came to work on our unit. This company has high standards and takes good care of their customers. If you need Heating and Air work done, Tony Kelly is the place to call.

I’m so pleased that I called Tony Kelly when my compressor froze. I’m new to area and my home so I hadn’t established an AC company yet. I new they installed the unit so they got the call. Terry and TJ came right on time and new exactly what I needed. They could not have been any nicer and knowledgeable and I enjoyed my interaction with them. It’s nice to meet nice people.

On a cold, rainy Monday morning they answered my call promptly, set an appointment for that morning, arrived on time and completed the work quickly. Professionals from beginning to end. They did not recommend a new air conditioning system like other services have over the years. This was one of my best service experiences in a very long time with anyone.

Jess with Coopers came out to look at my AC unit which had not been working for quite some time and I was freezing! After looking at a couple different companies, I decided to go with Coopers for my replacement because they were able to meet my needs and fit it all within my limited income budget. After the Install when I needed help with my thermostat, Just came out within 15 minutes of my phone call and walked me through it. I recommend Coopers for all HVAC needs and will be happy to tell all my friends about them.

Joshua Matthews helped us when our kitchen sink was clogged. The issue ended up originating elsewhere, and he took the time to find the cause and fixed the issue quickly. He was very thorough and checked for potential leaks and took the time to explain what to watch for and ways to verify a hidden leak. Very prompt service and great communication. Definitely will be using him again and would recommend his services.
