After three months of battery drain issues on my iPhone 6, I made an appointment with FloridaPro for repair. The staff did a great job of explaining a potential issue relating to the battery replacement (my screen had a crack that could break further and would then have to be sent to Apple for replacement), price, and wait time. I left the phone and was so grateful to be notified in an hour’s time that the technician had been able to replace the battery without any further damage to the screen. They are professional, knowledgeable, and transparent in their service. I recommend them with high marks on all counts.

absolutely phenomenal experience! scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance, took my iphone 11 in today to get a battery replacement. the assistant taking care of me (i'm sorry i didn't get your name!) went over all the details with me with regards to what was going to happen and ensured that i had everything necessary backed up. she gave me an ETA of two and a half hours and i got my phone back within an hour, hour & a half, give or take. fantastic customer service overall, highly recommended.
