John was forthright and transparent from the beginning. He gave his recommendations and reasoning to support them. The inspection itself was thorough and well documented. He is accessible and answered all of our questions both by phone and text. Although the home buying process isn’t a frequent occurrence, I’d definitely trust John to conduct one for us again.

I highly recommend Blue Bear Home Inspection for anyone in need of a reliable and thorough home inspection service. Their team is professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. From the moment I scheduled the inspection, they communicated clearly about the process and what to expect. Todd was knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the findings and answer all of my questions. I received the comprehensive report first thing the next morning. The report provided after the inspection was easy to understand and covered everything. Their service gave me peace of mind, knowing I was fully informed before making any decisions about my new home. I trust Blue Bear to provide an honest, in-depth evaluation of any property.
