They are the absolute best. I needed heat fast. They delivered and fast. Everyone else told me it would be 2 weeks. They got the job done right and gave a significant military discount. The GM came out to do the job so we had heat since their techs were booked out. Jake did an excellent job explaining the specifics of the current condition of our firebox/chimney. He also took the time to explain at length how the different types of products (such as direct vent gas, ventless gas log, vented gas log) would apply in our home.
