Update Jacob and crew were awesome fixing my non-operational fireplace and converting it to gas logs. So happy with their professionalism, quality of work and communication. His input and diagnosis of what was needed to do was clear and professional. He took the time we needed to understand the issue and solutions. Will use Chimney Solutions to do the repair. Thank you!

They are the absolute best. I needed heat fast. They delivered and fast. Everyone else told me it would be 2 weeks. They got the job done right and gave a significant military discount. The GM came out to do the job so we had heat since their techs were booked out. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a chimney sweep and an appliance bag put in their chimney for their gas furniture.

I love working with these guys!!! Jake was doing an inspection of my wood burning fireplace+ chimney, and his feedback was very thorough . All suggested options to repair were very reasonable, and I am looking forward to the next phase of the project.

And looks like it was just in a nick of time, because Jake and Kevin did a thorough inspection of my fireplace and chimney and found some safety issues and damages that need immediate attention. Jake was very informative and clearly explain in detail the concerns he saw and provided information for payment options. Thanks again for exceptional service!

Jake did an excellent job explaining the specifics of the current condition of our firebox/chimney. He also took the time to explain at length how the different types of products (such as direct vent gas, ventless gas log, vented gas log) would apply in our home. All of the knowledge and professionalism was appreciated, especially given the hazards associated with a fireplace. It was very easy booking them, thanks to Kim in the office!
