I am absolutely blown away. I have been dealing with an issue regarding the ports on my computer for about a month now and was close to just RMA’ing my motherboard. I have a family member who had gotten things fixed by this company before, so I decided to get one final opinion before replacing my motherboard. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately, super communicative, gave me additional tips to help keep my computer up to date, cleaned all the dust out for me, and ran test before sending me back home. This is the place to go! I have 0 complaints. I will definitely be back if I have any problems with my PC in the future.

Marvin was awesome! He was straight forward with my issue (laptop drive failure, data was non recoverable). He gave me options and his honest opinion on what I could do going forward. I’m very satisfied with Ballard Computes knowledge, prices and customer service.

Indy Laptops did a great job in quickly prioritizing the issue of my HP workstation computer as soon as I arrived. They did fantastic work for me several years ago and did the same today after all these years. Indy Laptops is the business to frequent for any laptop or desktop challenges you may face with your computer with not only a great level of expertise…but also with integrity as well.

Honest. Quick. Quality. I couldn’t get my laptop to turn on, I took it in to have the DC jack replaced so it would take a charge. Low and behold it didn’t even need a replacement, just needed a motherboard reset and update. Really grateful for them running the tests and concluding a proper diagnosis and not trying to upsell the replacement it turns out I didn’t need. Will 100% be back with any computer repair needs I have.

They took care of multiple issues with my son's laptop so quickly. We thought we had bricked it completely, but they took care of the hardware issue and restored the OS that we had corrupted trying to fix it ourselves. It was all fixed the same day. Now it's running great again, boots up perfectly. Thanks.

Andy is the best person in Indy to take a computer to when you need a repair. The hinge on my 3 year old Lenovo IdeaPad snapped, and after checking a few other places and getting ridiculous price estimates, I found Andy and he gave me a price of $180. He did a great job of fixing the hinge, and loosening up the other one to prevent that one from also snapping, and he fixed it within 24 hours. He also offered me a 1 year warranty in case something happens to the hinge again, although I doubt I will need it.

Great responsive service. Quickly repaired laptop before having to leave town. Dropped off on Friday and ready for pick up on Saturday. Very reasonably priced. Second great experience with Broad Ripple Computer Repair. Definitely the go to business for computer problems/tepairs.

I only went in for a diagnostic, but Andy was extremely helpful and informative. We realized my current computer would likely not have the processing power I need, and he helped me figure out which specs I should look for in a new computer and where I could find one for a cheaper price. He also fixed an issue with my wifi free of charge! While I haven’t had an official repair from him, I 100% recommend him.
