Donny was great! After nearly two weeks of miserable cold weather, no hot water, a burst pipe, and a broken washing machine, my only toilet decided to join the party and not flush. Donny was able to auger (snake) it rather quickly. It's an old toilet using hard municipal water, and he gave some helpful advice for clearing calcium buildup as well. He was incredible, extremely professional and honest with his assessment. He told us exactly what needed to be done and got to work. After a great deal of time, he fixed our issue and got us restored back to normal. Trever is a phenomenal plumber and great guy. Cannot thank him enough!
I contacted Roto-Rooter for a plumbing issue with the urinal at my club. Their plumber, Daniel, arrived promptly and was very professional about his work. He educated me about why I was having my plumbing issue.
