CAPITAN APPLIANCE REPAIR REVIEWS

We had Capitan Appliance out to service our dryer that needed a new heating element and then out again for a freezer issue. Both techs were great. Quick to diagnose the issue had the parts available with them and got right back and working. Highly recommend these guys. Very happy customer and I am not the easiest to make happy.

Salem was great. He was kind and professional. Took a look at our dryer, and was able to troubleshoot the issue for us. He gave us our options with prices for fixing it. Wasn’t here too long at all and ensured we were happy with his fix before we left. We will be using Captain Appliance again in the future.

Tyler was great! He quickly assessed the situation and determined a potential fix. He was very knowledgeable and honest with options if the initial fix don’t work.

MR. APPLIANCE OF INDIANAPOLIS REVIEWS

Technician arrived early, asked about the problem, and quickly determined the issue (ice maker supply valve). He actually had the parts on his truck and gave us an estimate to replace the valve. After agreeing, he set up floor protection before moving the refrigerator. He quickly changed the valve and sll back in place. We highly recommend "Mr. Appliance" for home appliances issues. The Technician was very courteous and explained everything to is.

The guy who came to look at our fridge was super nice and explained the issue. He was able to identify the main issue that others couldn't and let us know what we had to do since sadly it was more of a tech thing. Overall, great experience.

Scheduling and repair all happened very quickly. Did feel like I paid a lot for something that took 15 minutes to fix. Haven't used an appliance repair service before so I'm not sure if this pricing is standard. Would use again based on timeliness.

He explained the problem, the repair process, and the cost in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was completed efficiently, and I was very impressed with the service. I would definitely use The Appliance Guy again for any future appliance issues. Highly recommend.

Very happy the work performed and their customer service. They were assigned by my home warranty company to assess and repair My refrigerator. A prior company had taken more than two months assigned to the same job. The Appliance Guys quickly made an assessment and communicated effectively with the home warranty company to get all issues resolved in three days.

Charles did a wonderful job. He was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. He made sure that there were no leaks and that the job site was clean and that we were happy with his work. Will use the Appliance Guys agan because of him and Amber.
