The experience of working with all of the folks at Bone Dry Roofing was top notch. Detailed photos and videos were provided for the initial inspection of the roof and then multiple photos were provided throughout the installation. I live in another state and was very well pleased working with them long distance. They made it very easy and stress free. The shingle roof - and all new decking - was replaced in less than 7 hours. Other teams of theirs will be back to replace the b pipe and the gutters next week.
Bone Dry came out gave me a very reasonable quote to replace my gutters, and roof. I agreed to the quote and they were out to complete the project within a week. Aside from a new roof and gutters there were no signs they had been at my house they cleaned up very well and placed property protection all the way around the home. 10/10 would recommend Bone Dry for any home projects!
Richard did a great job with explaining what the problem was and I was scheduled promptly the same week. The installer took pictures of the problem as he made the repair and was done in a matter of hours.

I contacted Cochran based off the recommendation of a coworker that had his roof replaced by them a couple years prior. Our sales rep was Andrew Barr. He was professional and punctual throughout the entire process. We set a date for roof replacement and they ended up being able to work us in a couple weeks early. Materials were dropped off on a Tuesday, work started first thing Wednesday morning. Roof was done and everything cleaned up by early afternoon Friday. Very pleased with the entire process and outcome. Would recommend Cochran to anyone with a roofing project.

Dalton came out to do a second opinion on my roof after a door-to-door company had checked ours out and recommended replacement. He inspected very thoroughly and efficiently. He gave me an extremely honest opinion and said that our situation is likely not as dire as we were led to believe. We will definitely be calling him back out when it is time to get it replaced! He was top notch!
