JR from Amos came out and worked on my leaky roof. He was really friendly and easy to chat with as he gave me an honest assessment of what had been done right and wrong by the original roof installers. He gave me a fair and affordable price to fix the leak and was able to get the job done in the next few days. He also noted a few issues where water could get through my siding and into my attic gave me advice how I could easily fix that myself! I don't usually write reviews for companies, but I was especially impressed by this group and wanted to share my positive experience.

I had an amazing experience with Chris Williams and Amos Exteriors. From the start the entire process was extremely smooth and easy. My options were all presented well, and everything provided was of the highest quality. I would highly recommend using Chris Williams and Amos Exteriors for any roofing job.

Cochran Exteriors all around was great to work with. We recently had our chimney repaired and our roof replaced. We truly appreciated the transparency from their sales rep, Dustin Burgess, when he came out to the house to inspect our issues. He listened to our concerns and truly offered us the best option and always answered any questions we had regarding the pricing. While our projects were being completed, we truly cannot say enough great things about our project manager, Julie Dennemann. She was amazing throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns we had about the projects, she listened, ensured they would be taken care of and truly had our backs during the entire process. She came out to the house multiple times during the process to check on the crew and to ensure they were doing everything I had asked to be completed. She worked very well with the crew leader, Dan, to ensure everything was going as planned. After the projects were completed, we had some concerns and questions and without hesitation, Julie offered to come to the house and look at our concerns with us. Shortly after that visit, she ensured that our concerns would be addressed and someone would be out to fix the issues without additional cost to us. Overall, having Julie as our project manager truly alleviated so much stress while the project was being completed and because of this, we will highly recommend Cochran Exteriors to others.

Cochran Exteriors did an excellent job in replacing cedar siding on the portion of our house which is prone to more damage since it faces southwest where all the rain and the wind comes from. They gave timely estimates. We have a metal roof and they were very careful about avoiding Standing on it and bought in a large crane to help finish the job properly. All the old siding and debris were taken out and borel (composite) wood Was used in addition to the cedar siding. Proper insulation and Z flashing used to Minimize potential water damage in the future. They primed the wood on both sides and had pro painters come in to finish the job. Work was done in a timely fashion, and completed with all refuse removed from the property.

Julie and Clemente’s crew and Dalton were all AMAZING!! They all went above and beyond! I could not be happier!!! I have to have it painted yet but WOW! Perfection.
