I’ve been renting from this facility for the past couple years.. If I could give this place 10 stars for my personal experience I would complain I couldn’t give it 11.. David and Prudence (I hope I’m spelling her name right) were some of the best people I’ve ever dealt with. I was going through a tremendously rough time with my personal life. And when times got rough, not only did they try to work with me with the best of the companies integrity, but they also had massive understanding. This week leave this storage being it’s my last week here. And I’m happy I made a great decision coming to this one years ago.. I definitely recommend this place for anyone! It’s a clean facility, the price is competitive, easy access, and I don’t need to say anymore about the staff though I can! If I had to complain about ANYTHING? it would be that it’s rough heading north on Michigan out of the parking lot due to traffic, but that isn’t their fault at all. Still, 10 stars! Tell them I sent you when you go!

I recently rented a storage unit with ExtraSpace Storage and was very pleased with my experience. We had to weather an ice storm during move-in. Prudence and the staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions about the rental process. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I felt confident that my belongings were safe and secure. I would definitely recommend ExtraSpace Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable storage solution.

I stored my belongings here since October of 2023 - October 2024 and never had any issues whatsoever. No problems with the gate, no problems with my code, no problems with my unit, at all. I especially want to applaud the staff for being extremely professional and consistent in their service and efforts. Literally Every single time I called in they helped me promptly and always had a great attitude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I recently called in and spoke with Stephanie and Kelley - both were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my many questions and walked me through everything. I’ve been so anxious about our upcoming move but they’ve really taken a huge weight off my shoulders! Highly recommend.

Kelly and Stephanie were fantastic with helping me figure out a few units for our staging stuff and they were patient with me while I flip flopped back and forth lol. Units were all nice and clean and the air conditioning was nice and cool!

Good, professional, and thorough service by the clerk. Impressed with the cleanliness and security of the facility. Good price. Everything to like.
