Garen did a wonderful job on our open fireplace inspection and cleaning. He was very informative and willing to educate and answer all questions I had. We had a great experience with Matchbox. Both Barb and Garen were knowledgeable and friendly. Garen took the time to educate us about our wood stove (it's a new house) after inspecting it, and then swept it, all for a reasonable price.
