I have only good to say about Millers. They responded quickly to help my husband and me out of a bind caused by another HVAC company. The salesman, Brian, went out of his way to find technical information that we needed for the quote. He was knowledgeable, explained things clearly and patiently, and without pressuring us to buy. I'm so happy to know there are still people like Brian in sales with such honesty and integrity. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I heartily recommend Millers.

Richard was knowledgeable, provided useful information and efficiently put in the charger for their estimate. He and Richard were great. However. These guys are terrible at responding to customer requests for a call back to answer customer questions.

Sebastian did a fantastic job - there was an issue that at first appeared to have an expensive fix but he took his time, read the manual, and discovered the previous installers hadn't activated the heating strips by setting the correct pins - this saved my family a lot of time being cold and a lot of money on replacing the parts. Thank you so much!

I was so pleased with the service of area heating and cooling. Their technician, Chris was polite, thorough, friendly, and explained everything in detail to make sure I understood the problem, the solution, Etc. He also gave me tips on how to keep my air conditioner running well for a long time. The repair was very quick.I would definitely use them again.

Our technician from Area H&C was Nathan Bonk. We really liked Nathan. He was polite and patient, explained everything well and really knew what he was doing. He was careful with everything around our house, professional and competent, thorough in his work and cleaned up completely when he was done. Actually, all the folks at Area H&C were great. Very responsive to our concerns and dedicated to making things right. The entire company is top notch.

We love Area H&C! Our home is over 30 years old, and we have trusted no other HVAC company. We highly recommend them! Their service tech Kurt came out recently to conduct a biannual check on our system. He found a small leak that required a quick fix and was on his way. Great service as always!

He was efficient doing the work. He provided informative information on my equipment. Provided necessary info on the new thermostat that he installed. I was very please overall with my experience with Smart Choice!

I have been a customer of Smart Choice Heating and Cooling for four years and have never had a problem with them. The customer service when scheduling has been very helpful and friendly. They are always on time and courteous. Derek has always been honest, pleasant, knowledgeable and patiently answers all my questions. No complaints.

Smart Choice is literally that - A SMART CHOICE. This is the rare company that is trying to help, not line their pockets with unnecessary repairs! The Technician Brandon was patient with all of my questions and gave me several helpful options. I truly will recommend them to everyone I know.
