James pretreated the carpet then used his power scrubber & then his steam cleaner & it was amazing to watch the dirt all come out! He's not going to ask you for ducktape to repair his equipment while hes cleaning your carpets like the other carpet cleaning companies do. He has state of the art, high tech equipment that did the job the first time that 3 other companies came and failed to actually do correctly. Highly highly highly recommend. Will use again forsure.
