We needed to have our roof replaced, as well as our gutters, downspouts, and skylights. This job also included a tear off. This was a very large job, and one that we wanted to last for our lifetime, as well as any owner we may sell to during the warranty. We found that, and more with IBEX Roof! The four roofers that came out on time every day were so wonderful and hard working. I have had a professional team put on a roof for me on another home, so I am able to compare apples for apples. There is no comparison. This team was respectful, well spoken and I never heard any profanity. I can't say that of my other experience. Any questions I asked were answered and they would call and find out if they didn't know, not once acting exasperated. I put them to the test! Donovan and his team were just great and I would welcome them to my home any time. Oh, I did! The roof itself is absolutely beautiful! The materials are top of the line. Malarkey Vista is an amazing product that we are confident will last our lifetime, and whoever takes on our home. I am very confident about leaving a 5 star review and recommending IBEX Roof to anyone who is considering the very best roof for their families home. This entire project took a little less than 5 days. I was very impressed. Cailen did the final inspection and found our Vent fan hood broken. Not knowing when or how it was cracked he taped it and said he would have it replaced for us. I could go on, but suffice it to say, again, I highly recommend IBEX Roof and would buy from them again...but I won't need to lol.

We had a leak in our tile roof and had Northwest inspect it. I was surprised to have an inspection completed within 24 hrs on Friday. Early Monday morning I received the inspection results complete with photos of concerning areas The bid for correcting my problems was reasonable. The following morning I had a crew of four professionals arrive. Tanner, Joey, Shawn and Josh F did a great job. After meticulously repairing the leak, they also brought the entire 27 yr roof to good as new condition. We had a good experience with them and I feel confident about the quality of their work.

Northwest Roof did a great job explaining the leaking issue we were having, and chimney repair we needed and were out in a few days to fix the problem.
