I have used Octomaids three different times! The first time they did a deep cleaning of my house and they did a phenomenal job. The next two times were for a move out clean and a move in clean. Unfortunately, the home we were moving into was not very clean (Here’s a picture of what the oven looked like before and after). Thankfully, octomaids saw that and spent extra time checking each part of the home to make sure it was cleaned for us to move in! They even had us do a walk through of everything. They’re extremely responsive to communication and easy to schedule with!
The young team of cleaners was quick and to the point. They cleaned my new bathrooms, the kitchen and w/d really good plus they sanitized all areas - since there were pet owners here before. They had a great attitude. The office manager who schedules everyone found a way to fit me in the next day - very much appreciated that!

THE CLEANING AUTHORITY REVIEWS
We had out initial A clean today and after the cleaners had left my husband and daughter called me at work because they were not satisfied with the dirt left behind on the floors or the mopping of the wood floors. As they looked around they found other things they were not happy with. After speaking to the office manager and sending her pictures of what wasn't done well, she had the team return the following day and all concerns were addressed. We appreciate the prompt attention and look forward to see a team on the initial B clean.
Clean #1 was excellent. Everything was spotless! We were very impressed with the two cleaning ladies. They were very thorough and professional. Clean #2 today was very good but not quite as thorough as Clean #1. Several things were overlooked with today's cleaning. But it was still well worth the cost. I am very pleased with the Cleaning Authority.
