Oh my gosh, these guys were wonderful. They took care of a 30 year old garage door with a new garage door and motor set up so quickly for me!! Most of all they were so kind and friendly to work with. My special needs son, Tanner loved hanging with Jesse Arroyo all morning as he worked for hours. They were whistling together when I would check in. I appreciate so much the best price and service ever. Thank you Conner for helping us make the good decision to get the whole thing replaced! We love Ponderosa now.

These guys did a fantastic job upgrading our garage door! We went from the original 70s door to a brand new one and it couldn’t have turned out better! It was a challenging job but was executed perfect. All the guys that we worked with Kirk, Mike, and Austin were the upmost professional and knowledgeable about their job! I would recommend these guys over anyone else.

Jeff Wedmore arrived on time and completed the repairs needed. He pointed out additional maintenance items needed and potential failures. In particular, the internal spring system that was originally installed was beginning to fail. We had Jeff replace them with the conventional, more reliable torsion spring system. Overall, we're very satisfied with the service.

Value Garage Doors (who has replaced A-1) provided us with a prompt, friendly, efficient and thorough inspection. We love these doors! They made sure we fully understood how to secure and operate all the remotes, cameras & apps before they left. We feel very secure. We couldn't be happier with Value Garage Door service. Reasonably priced.

Joe got me in the same day and Colby killed it on the install I highly recommend and appreciate both the great service, kind staff & speedy installs.
