Not only did he cleaned it and make it work properly, but he went above and beyond to make our fire place safe, & clean for our family! Stephen was our tech/sweep. He was prompt and very professional!!! The whole thing was done in a timely manner and clean! The price was as quoted and any other suggestions were made but not forced or "scared" into buying. We will be lifelong customers of his, already set up our appointment for the next year.
