When my refrigerator was not keeping cool under the el paso hot day, I called like over 10 repair shop. I explain this is kind of emergency but still get scheduled like two days later or next week. Billy was the last one that I called, and he said "Yes Ma''am, I will go at 11am", and he explained to me clearly what would charge me and what would happen if the brand he couldn't handle. Then he showed up on-time. In two days I had my refrigerator fixed and back to cool. On the same day, I showed him my broken dishwasher and garbage disposal. He first tried if he can fix, then after that we need to replace some elements. I definitely want to recommend Billy to El Pasans. He is very reliable and service is great and charge is very reasonable. Thank you, Billy.

Billy repaired our washing machine. He was prompt arriving at my home. He determined what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He even cleaned under my washing machine which I really appreciate. I most definitely will call this company again.

Knowledgeable, efficient and great technician! My oven was fixed quickly! Michael and Elijah even tightened bolts and connectors that were not part of the problem (just a lack of quality control from ZLine products) to ensure the unit was properly functioning. This was the 3rd company to come out and address this issue with our oven and BY FAR the best!

Hugo was knowledgeable and informative. He tested the machine to be sure it was just one issue that needed to be fixed. He answered my questions. He ran a test on the machine after he completed the repair. He really did a thourough job.

David was knowledgeable and understanding. He articulated well what was happening to our refrigerator and how to be proactive to prevent any future problems.

On Saturday, he kindly came by to assess my dryer and provided a temporary fix until the necessary parts arrived and also took the time to examine my dishwasher. On Monday, he returned to replace all the required parts. It was indeed a great experience, and I will be sure to reach out to him for any future appliance needs.

George was honest, trustworthy and awesome! Diagnosed the problem quickly and got the work done very fast getting the repairs done, and was extremely reasonable. I've already recommended his several times. Did not disappoint!
