Phoenix Appliance Services was super responsive and professional. I understand paying the fee to come out to inspect the service item and then it gets deducted from the repair service. Unfortunately my wine refrigerator was not repairable sadly. He came out several times to attempt repair and gave me advice on another unit if l decide to purchase another. My technician was also respectful of no shoes in the house and wore shoe covers. Technician was kind, responsive, respectful, educational, I would recommend Phoenix Appliance Services and use in the future.

Nick is just the best Appliance Technician! So nice, understanding, efficient, on time. Worked with us getting us on the schedule to fix our dryer. He took the dryer apart, very respectful of property, described what he felt could be the potential issues causing the "rattling noise ". Looked over the wheels with bearings, pulley, drum and belt. Everything looked good but the pulley. Nick cleaned, oiled all the parts, replaced the pulley and our dryer is so much better! Thank you for your professionalism, not trying to sell unnecessary parts. Put everything back together. So efficient, in and out in a hour! Plus Nick took the time to teach me about the parts, so now I understand the dryer so much better!! I would highly recommend this company and I have worked with many companies and this service was by far the absolute best!

Our tech was very friendly. Extremely helpful and informative. He went above and beyond answering questions and getting the job fully completed, even with having to go buy a part, all within one appt. He even helped us move a heavy appliance that was not being worked on.
