The church observed its 50th Jubilee with Bishop Gerald Barnes officiating. The 55,000-square-foot building includes 130 staff offices, a workspace for the diocese, and two large banquet rooms holding weekly diocesan activities. Queen of Angels Catholic Church is a community of believers in Jesus Christ, called to impact family, neighborhood, and society with the Gospel to fill people's lives with hope. The cathedral also ensures a diverse congregation with masses in English and Spanish.

2026 Update: Queen of Angels Catholic Church has over 77 years of experience. The church also provides Wheelchair-accessible facilities. The church has been under the pastoral care of the Diocese of San Diego, the Franciscan Order of Conventional Friars, and the Diocese of San Bernardino."
