We had our fireplace cleaned and inspected this morning, after over 20 years of collecting dust! We never plan to actually turn on the fireplace however lately the amount of dust accumulated over time was too apparent and concerning that our family was breathing that in through the glass entrance. We are extremely grateful to have found this company on yelp, the men who came this morning were great with communication leading up to appointment with text reminders and even an alert stating they were on their way, the service took about 30 minutes and the gentleman was very thorough with explaining how the appointment went! Quick, Easy, Pleasant and Professional service!
John showed up on time and was great in communicating his ETA. I’m a real estate agent and called this company to come out and do an inspection of the fireplace and chimney as part of my buyers due diligence. John was thorough, Knowledgeable and did a great job communicating with my clients. I will absolutely be recommending this company to my clients in the future and look forward to using them again. Very good service, make sure you schedule early, especially in mountain areas. The sweeps will let you know if any equipment/parts need replacing and will identify a supplier, if they can. Very helpful, especially if you have an older woodstove.
