Spoke to John on the phone about issues with my pc and he gave me as much info as possible answering all my questions, he went ahead and told me to come in & I was instantly able to take my Gaming Custom PC to the back to look into the issues. Awesome communication & pricing was the best out of all the places I tried to call! He even offers you to do the swap of a bad component in your pc yourself and save money since you did the work! He got me in and out the same day & my PC has been working like brand new! Great place with a knowledgeable and friendly owner, Thanks John.

I have been going to John at Human Computer for years! He is always quick and professional when it comes to repairs. I've tried a few other places but I always come back because I feel HC is the most honest and isn't trying to upsell you. I have purchased many used monitors from John at really great prices and quality. I appreciate that he has a great selection of used computers for every budget. Thank you for everything.

Had the best experience at Human Computer. They were able to restore all of the photos from my external hard drive and provide a new hard drive home for the photos. It was so easy to communicate and I got updates on how the restoration process was going. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with computer/hard drive issues and are stressed out and want a stress relieving experience.

I live in Wisconsin, and I was having a difficult time finding someone local to repair my HDMI port on my PS5. I was told about Amazing Technology Group by a friend, and he had so many good things to say I figured I would try them out. They made the process of shipping my console to them super simple. They remained in contact with me every step of the way. They were extremely polite and informative. And most importantly they were very transparent about everything and even sent photos of before and after the repair was completed. My experience with them was extremely pleasant and I highly recommend using them for any technical issues you may have. They’re the best.

Took my computer in for issues crashing. I had first tried going to a different company and they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Amazing Technology Group was great. They quickly pinpointed the issue as a faulty RAM chip and were able to repair my laptop within a couple of days. I also really like that they are family owned. Throughout the whole process they were very transparent and helpful. Highly recommend for any electronics repair. I will be going back in the future if I ever need any electronics serviced.

I am very pleased with the expertise and honesty of the laptop repair technician and owner, Spencer. He was able to quickly open my laptop and diagnose the issue (motherboard failure), get an estimate of the cost of the replacement part from online sources, and ultimately recommend that it was not worth the cost to repair. Then, he refused to charge me anything for his time. I will definitely return to his store/shop next time I have a computer problem or repair need, as trust and expertise are both very important.

Spencer was kind, courteous and respectful. I recommend his services and products. I genuinely had a good experience he made me feel comfortable like I was talking to a friend the whole time. I will be returning for any computer needs, he is very experienced and tech Savvy.

They were quick, reasonably priced and were gracious enough to explain the problem to me with the laptop opened. I have full trust in them and will take all my equipment to them exclusively.
