I highly recommend FreshDry. I knew my dry vent needed to be clean but with every day life I kept putting it off. Until today I was in my laundry room and the lint was everywhere on the wall, on the floor and piled in the back. I started to call around. No one can get me in until about a week out. My concern was my house catching on fire. FreshDry fit me in the schedule for same day and Mike the technician was wonderful. He explained everything and answered all my questions he even went over and beyond and cleaned up the lint in the laundry room. I will be using them to clean my sofas in the living room.

We used Pink's Carpet Cleaning about 3+ years ago, and they did a solid job, which is why I decided to call them back. When the service man, Tyler, came on his own and he informed me that he would be the only person working the job, I was a bit hesitant because they had a 2 man crew last time. But with his calm demeanor, he explained that he had been doing it for years and would do a good job. Essentially, he methodically and carefully did his prepwork, and when he started cleaning I could immediately tell that he knew what he was doing. Tyler is a HARD worker and has a process that is very methodical and doesn't just randomly use the wand. As my son said, "he leaves perfect triangles all over the floor." Finally, he's a genuinely kind person and understands the importance of quality customer service. I would STRONGLY recommend Pink's Carpet Cleaning to anyone, and I would suggest you request Tyler work on your home!!!

Donovan was here during the timeframe he gave, very courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. I’ve used Zerorez many times and I have never been disappointed.
This is the 2nd time I have used Zerorez, they cleaned our Airbnb and left it pristine. Sal was very professional and shared do's and don't's for rug maintenance. We wanted the 3 room special and monetarily it worked out best for our budget. Sal also provided helpful info as to when our carpets would be dry.
Did great job with everything, stains removed well, can still see edges of where furniture was, but only new carpet could fix that. Technician Josh was super friendly and professional.
