Extremely pleased with the professionalism, the friendliness and quality of service provided by Magnolia Heating & Cooling (Jesus). Very thorough. Answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. Explained all actions he was taking. Investigated and resolved all issues. Provided various future options for me to consider and explained why. I appreciated the ease of scheduling and constant communication of service and who will be the technican. A very positive experience with quality service. I definitely will be using Magnolia Heating and Cooling services again.

Our service tech Damion was very helpful and professional when he serviced our heat pump system. We have been with Magnolia for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with their service!

They work like they are part of your family, and they always stay with you as long as it takes to remedy any concerns you have for a solution that ends in a total peace of mind for your comfort and safety.

The Tech was extremely knowledgeable, and when I said he did not need to perform a specific task because I handled it, he showed me what I had missed. He really was detailed in performing a regular maintenance check on my mini-spilt. If I need any service NexGen will be my service pro. Excellent job, well done. I rarely leave such glowing reviews, but I was that impressed with the service.

The whole experience, from initial call to completion, was seamless. The customer service personnel were efficient and professional. Our technician, Tony was very knowledgeable. He provided us with several detailed options to meet our needs. The upgrading of our heating ducts was quick and efficient. After the replacement of the furnace motor, our furnace was operating like new.
