Veronica was great, she kept me informed of her availability the day of looking at the unit. She was very polite, professional and informative. Most other storage places don’t answer the phone or return messages but this place does and that’s why I choose them and the price was good too. It’s important to know you have contact with the people who are managing where your person or business belongings are. Thank you again Veronica for you kindness and professionalism.

Out of a half a dozen of storage units I've looked into and priced for convenience, price and security. I decided to store my belongings with Tyler Mall Mini Storage because it worked for me as well as easy it was to set-up and benefit from auto pay and their top notch friendly Management Staff, on-site staff and the one perk I was ULTIMATELY impressed by as well as the help I got from friends and neighbors was the free use of their truck. This is a Storage Facility I would recommend to all looking for ease and security.

I am so happy with service I received from the person that helped me out.

Tyler Mini Storage is a clean, secure, and great place to store your personal stuff, especially if you're like me and not looking for a lot of storage space, but just enough to put away personal belongings (e.g. clothes, frames, books, etc.). I had a great experience while renting from this location. Aisha, the property manager kept in contact when I had fallen ill and my unit became delinquent. She worked with me to ensure I did not loose my belongings in lien. Upon moving out, I was unable to be there physically but she made sure that my closing was made as easily as possible. Thanks Aisha for all your help.

Came to Public Storage to make my monthly payment. Heather was very courteous and helpful throughout the process. I wish my storage unit were at this location, with Heather’s quality of service I would be very satisfied. Thank you Heather!.
