I've been struggling with my computer overheating, slow as hell, and many times unable to do my job as I'm a contractor/consultant. Amazing service. The guys were very knowledgeable and explained everything that they were gonna be doing. They gave me an accurate estimated time and had it done before that timeframe was up. This was not an insurance claim. It was just me bringing in a phone that needed to be repaired. They gave me realistic expectations of the probability they could fix it.
