3 Best Dry Cleaners in Round Rock, TX

Wonderful dry cleaners! I like that it's prepaid because then there were no surprises at pickup! They saved a suit I accidentally washed in the washing machine. I know, how does this happen, I just didn't pack it right in a suitcase and threw it in with all the clothes not noticing the suit was in the pile too. The pieces look perfect now-- like that never happened. I think I want to dry clean the button down too at this point just so I don't have to iron it myself. They did a great job at Ricks.

I was a little leary after reading mixed reviews of Rick's. I was notified by text that my items were ready to be picked up earlier than expected. I was very pleasantly pleased when my 2 coats came back in excellent condition!.

I’m a welder so I needed to get some shirts and jeans starched. They did a fantastic job and everything came out exactly how I wanted it. 10/10 would recommend.

We have used Reids for over 20 years after a bad experience with Jack Brown, mostly in NW Austin. We moved to Round Rock and have used the RR location since. My wife, an attorney, had a bag of five items picked up at her office, which was her typical process. They returned three. When my wife insisted there were five, Reids kept telling her it was impossible because their system was flawless, basically calling my wife a liar. They asked my wife for a photo of the clothes: who takes photos of their clothes before sending them to be cleaned. Then, a week later, my wife went to her office on a Saturday and found the fourth item hanging on the outside door knob, as the office was obviously closed. It would have spent the weekend hanging outside had she not come in. Meanwhile, the fifth item remains missing. As you can see below, there are two other recent one star reviews that Reids has ignored. Businesses that truly care about their customers respond quickly to all reviews, especially negative one. We are still waiting for the General Manager of Reids in central Texas to contact us about finding the fifth item or offering compensation. Otherwise, we are done with Reids and we suggest to readers not to do business with a company that clearly does not care about its customers. ADDITION: The Reid's owner contacted me and worked assiduously to successfully located one item and fairly compensate us for a lost item. Mistakes happen but when a business owner works to rectify a mistake, it is clearly commendable. Thanks, Karl.

These folks are amazing! I just got married and my wife wanted to preserve her wedding dress. The dress is a rather poofy ball gown, one of the Disney Princess wedding dresses from Alfred Angelo (before they went bankrupt), so it was difficult to find a place with a storage box large enough. Reid's not only had the proper size, they said they do this kind of "heirlooming" all the time and are quite familiar with how to properly clean and pack dresses just like my wife's! They put the dress in a special blue bag that protects it, then placed it in a lovely gold box with a window to see the dress. They sealed the box with tape, and wrapped it in another special blue bag for an extra layer of protection. Finally, they gave us a second box to put the gold box in - YES, THIS DRESS IS ALL SET! Love the extra care they took with each step. I really feel like they valued my wife's dress as much as she does.

Have been disappointed by several chain and local cleaners over the years, but never by Reid's! Not just laundry and dry cleaning, but they have made several repairs to tears, broken clasps, matched missing buttons, you name it. They always meet the due date, and often finish sooner. I refuse to go anywhere else, and couldn't recommend them more!.
