Adam The Computer Guy

Adam the Computer Guy is a savior! I had several issues across devices, platforms, vendors, etc., that was impacting my life; a good friend recommended Adam and I'm glad she did; he was very responsive, even came out that same day - Superbowl Sunday! Got me straightened out and back on track.

Great dude! Very knowledgeable. I thought my computer issue was a lot bigger than it seemed thankfully it wasn’t! He explained all of the working parts well and why my problem happened. Very fast as well, Micro Center said they’ll take two weeks to run a diagnosis but when I called, he came in the same day.

Adam helped me remotely to diagnose an issue that two other computer shops were stumped by and unable to replicate. I let him remotely connect to my computer while we were on the phone together and he walked me through everything he was looking at and made everything easy to understand. Thank you.

Adam was heaven sent, I am a small business owner in which my files were compromised. I realized the threat about 2pm and Adam was at my office by 5pm! He explained everything while he worked on updating my malware and removing anything not needed or that was slowing my computers. I was fortunate my files were not accessed! Adam came out within an hour after calling him. He was very knowledgeable and made some adjustments to my computer. I had previously had it repaired by someone else. I wished I went to Adam first.
