Travis was exceptional! He was on time, professionally dressed, and courteous. He explained the situation clearly in terms I easily understand. The weather was inclement and he had to be outside - he worked diligently without complaint. He had to stop because of the rain. He explained my choices. He even offered to clean up the debris from the snake cleaning. He was a perfect representative of your company!

Chris was prompt, professional, and a huge help on Saturday when we found ourselves instantly needing a plumber. Chris assessed the situation and shared costs and was able to get started promptly. While it’s never fun to pay for plumbing it was made better by his professional- from communication to booties covering his boots- and commitment to completing the job Saturday.

Huge thanks to Travis and Mark for coming out so quickly to help us fix our plumbing issues. They were professional and kind—they made sure everything was working properly in our facility. Highly recommend! Thanks, guys!

I am opening an ice cream shop in Johnstown, Ohio. After several quotes, I decided to go with The Waterworks as I was confident they would be able to pull permits and get the work done as planned. They were AMAZING!!! I had Mike leading the team of Griffin and Nick. I was informed of everything they had to do and just as planned, they completed on time. Inspection PASSED with no issues. I highly recommend these guys and thanks to them, I can now open as scheduled. Great job, Waterworks. I will be sure to pass your information along and personally hang on to it for anything I need done in the future.

Our technician was Andrew M. He was on time, incredibly polite, looked at a bunch of different stuff in our new house and got us fixed up very quickly. He also educated us on a number of things about our plumbing. 10/10. Very happy with our service. We would request him again!

Great service! Isaac is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Great attitude and he offered several solutions to fix our toilet. Great asset to Eco Plumbers and I hope they know what an excellent employee they have. We got a new toilet which Isaac and Mark went above and beyond to get installed. Isaac took time to explain things and options when we initially undertook this project. Great experience! Definitely recommend Eco Plumbers.

Sagel and Lane had awesome customer service when installing the new utility sink in our basement. They made it very clear what it would cost and exactly what would be done. They took extra care to make sure it was installed properly and would last a very long time. We are so happy with the outcome! Another great project done by the Eco team!

Excellent work and very quick. We needed someone to come out next day and Bradie was able to get over to us and help us out quick! He did an excellent job and was very professional. He answered all my questions and made it easy to understand how to avoid the situation again.
