I rented a climate control room for RHR Cleaning Services to store our supplies and equipment. DJ was very knowledgeable and helpful as this was my first time renting a storage unit and I didn't know what to expect. DJ made sure he showed me the best way to unload my car and to bring the items in at the nearest door, using their hand cart. He also provided helpful tips. I would definitely recommend DJ if you're looking for a storage unit, Innis Road, Columbus Ohio... He was great!!! Thank you DJ!

I had exceptional customer care and service from DJ . I am currently in the hospital I explained to him my situation. He was helping out my location on Cleveland avenue but I think he works at the one on Innis Rd. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone Prices are affordable and workers are friendly, professional, and reliable. Thanks DJ we need more people like you in society.

First thing is i happened to be in office when Lisa was there and the property manger heather did offer to show her the unit but Lisa declined and told her she could find it. My personal experience with the property manager was awesome, heather was extremely helpful and informative and was able to answer all my questions about my space and the property.

Upon my arrival, Heather from E Cooke Road was a joy. Sharing words of wisdom is her specialty. Very great time efficiency with her tasks and business oriented all around. Thanks Heather!

Margie was amazing and let me get my work completed on a newly owned PS property Highly recommend seeing her!

I am a business owner myself and needed some storage space for a mix of business and personal items while also relocating from another state and the staff at this location (Liz) was very professional, managed timing well during the transaction, and was very transparent with the entire process I’d recommend this location to those of the Columbus area for sure. They take making sure customers are satisfied very serious I appreciate their business for this.

I needed a good dry place that could safely accommodate me and the staff was very helpful and quick getting me set up and together with everything I need. Great price for what I needed also. I would definitely recommend them to friends or family… anyone
