First time homebuyer here. They did a great job. While being fast and efficient, Issac explained the ins and outs of what he was doing and the why behind it. Linkhorn also has been great about follow up calls and have great educational materials and support. If you’re looking for quality home inspectors, you’ve already found them.

Absolutely loved our experience with LinkHorn inspections! We had a closing date coming quick and they had immediate availability. The inspector (Jim Hoyt) was so friendly, kind, and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and he got the report to us so quickly (just a couple hours later!). Their prices seem competitive compared to other companies as well. Would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat.

I (we) are beyond grateful that Dylan was sent to do our inspection this past week. He was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and thorough. We had waived our inspection as part of the purchase agreement, but we still wanted to have one done before we took possession so that we could line up any repairs necessary before we moved in. The house is still occupied with the previous owners, so we had to work around them and their schedule. Dylan took tons of photos, pulled us aside to explain things as they came up, and wrote up a very detailed report, which was sent to us that evening. We feel that we were in great hands and couldn't recommend Linkhorn, and especially Dylan, enough.

He worked diligently but also took a lot of time to help answer questions and explain different things he noticed during his inspection. Ryan provided great feedback and was very practical in giving us advice on what he felt our priority should be in terms of future repairs. He was there for about 4 hours and stayed later to make sure we were comfortable with his findings. The report itself was easy to read. They color code it in terms of how severe a problem is, so as a first time home buyer, that made it easier to follow. Our report was about 60 pages long and gave good insight into the home we were buying. I would recommend Cap City again to anyone looking to purchase a home in the near future.
