3 Best Home Inspections in Columbus, OH

We just had the first of three inspections. Everything went smoothly and we we received our detailed report by the end of day as promised. The booking process was also wonderful. Laura was super friendly and always quick to respond to my questions and my need to reschedule our inspection twice since our builder was a little behind due to weather. Our next inspection will be at the end of build and then another at the one year mark. I feel like we are being well taken care of and the price is very reasonable. Thank you Laura and team!

He worked diligently but also took a lot of time to help answer questions and explain different things he noticed during his inspection. Ryan provided great feedback and was very practical in giving us advice on what he felt our priority should be in terms of future repairs. He was there for about 4 hours and stayed later to make sure we were comfortable with his findings. The report itself was easy to read. They color code it in terms of how severe a problem is, so as a first time home buyer, that made it easier to follow. Our report was about 60 pages long and gave good insight into the home we were buying. I would recommend Cap City again to anyone looking to purchase a home in the near future.
