Superior Fence and Rail was a great company to work with and worked quickly to get our fence done. We did the white vinyl fence and we love the way it turned out. Everyone is pretty easy to get a hold of and will do their best to get things figured out. It was great to work with Rich who sat with us and gave us all of our fence options and showed us all the prices. Also our field manager Scott was really great and responded quickly. The employees who did the fence Euler, Hector, and Noa quickly got the fence up and did an amazing job. Also Euler walked us around the fence before leaving and made sure we were happy with everything which was amazing! I would definitely recommend this company as they really care about the customers and the quality of their work!

I am very pleased with the customer service from Superior Fence & Rail from the initial quote to the installation of the vinyl fence I purchased. The Salesman, Bill Sinclair, came out on two separate occasions to answer additional questions I had before I decided to go with the company. Tori, the office manager was very prompt in providing responses to my questions via email and followed up with a phone call to clarify further to ensure I had a firm understanding of the pre-installation to do list. The Project Manager Scott and the Crew which included Carlos, the install team lead, made sure to ask me for my input before starting different stages of the installation especially surrounding my questions regarding the placement of the gate and spacing between the neighbors fence. I want to share an updated review for Elite Fencing because the new team truly made things right. Pat, DJ, and Seth contacted me and came out to my home a couple of days ago to repair the fence, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They handled everything with professionalism and care — from taking full responsibility for the previous bad install to removing all of the old fencing materials and leaving the space clean. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were respectful, communicative, and thorough throughout the entire process. Our salesman, Craig, and his team were great to work with and we are very happy with our fence. They came out in summer 2025 following a fall 2024 installation to check to make sure everything looked good and make a few adjustments. We would recommend Elite Fence!
