Computer Crusader

So happy with the expertise and service here! My son was building his own computer and ran into issues. Computer Crusader was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us good advice to make things even better. We had a bit of a problem after accidentally picking up the wrong computer, but Robert worked with us to quickly make things right & make sure that a mix-up never happens again. If you need any in-person computer help, this is the BEST place to go!!! I'd give it a million stars! ld help me ASAP. He even came to my home and picked up my laptop. He kept me informed through the evening and had it working early the next morning. He’s not only Superman but an Angel. Everyone in the City of Chattanooga should definitely use Roberts service. I went to Computer Crusader needing a diagnosis for my Macbook. He was friendly and tried lots of different things before telling me it was officially dead and I needed a new one. While in the office, I searched for new ones online and asked him questions about what kind of specs I needed for the new device. Once my new MacBook was delivered, he transferred everything from the old to the new. It essentially looked like my old MacBook. I was very happy with the service. Responds quickly to texts and office is easy to find.
