My mom was having issues hearing conversations on her iPhone 12 Pro Max, so my dad called to see how much it would be to replace the speaker. David gave him a very reasonable quote, but asked that we try a quick fix involving cleaning the earpiece with a toothbrush and alcohol. I spent about 3 minutes to do this and it took care of the problem 100%. It would have been very easy for him to say nothing and make a quick buck. This shows the honesty and kindness practiced here.
