Great service, great and friendly communication. Felt confident they knew what they were doing. Went in to fix my cracked LED screen. Had to order a part but as soon as it was in, my computer was ready to go (3 days). Not only did they fix my screen but they cleaned my entire computer while it was there. Went to Best Buy first and they even sent me to Mr PC. If you want excellence, go to this location. They made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation with my computer.
A few years ago we have upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Later I got new battery and keyboard with that same laptop. We have also gotten a few phone repairs. We have been very happy with the high quality of service and always get it repaired quickly as promised.
Absolutely wonderful! They really brought my computer back from the dead after an accidental soda spill. And the prices were so reasonable, especially in comparison to buying a new PC
