I am so thankful for Silicon Solutions! After being out of town several days, I came home to a dead computer. Thankfully I reached out to a friend who recommended Silicon Solutions. I was afraid I had lost all my data, but they rescued it! Not only that, but I took them another drive I had been holding on to for four years that I thought was also dead and they managed to retrieve that data as well! I am amazed. I would have paid them twice as much (or more) than what they charged. They are professional, talented, awesome people! Jason and William worked on my projects and I am eternally grateful for rescuing important client documents and family photos!

The Customer Service was great! The Employee welcome you and they are knowable. They can troubleshoot your device and explained the problems. They will repair and return your device in a timely manner. My service was complete on the promised date. Their specialty is working with Apple and Apple Products. However, I think they can repair any device.

The guys at Silicon Solutions are great! Multiple times I’ve walked in with an issue and they are able to help me out! Even when its just user error they kindly explain what I’m doing wrong. They have fixed several computers for our company and they are our go to place for miscellaneous computer needs.
