PC Parlor

Giving credit where it is due. Called PC Parlor yesterday after it appeared that my computer crashed. Ivan saved the day. I barely made it in before closing. He went through trouble shooting and tests on my computer to get to the root of the problem. Ultimately, it turned out that I needed a new computer. The silver lining is that they helped me retrieve my files and gave recommendations for a replacement product. I was able to keep all of my commitments on calendar for today thanks to their help. I highly recommend them.

Had my PC built here in 2018. Then the CPU cooler failed, so they installed the one I bought and did multiple diagnostics before calling me to make sure it was working. Only charged me for the initial diagnosis as well. Insanely happy withy service.

Once again Tony saves the day. Old but reliable laptop got the blue screen of death. Tony swapped out the hard drive and upgraded the OS and now it works like a dream. I will never take my computer equipment to anyone else! Tony is the best.
