Yesterday I picked up my computer from the Lincoln Center. I had a six month routine maintenance service done, Once again, I was pleased with the efficient service of your company. I was especially impressed with the desk attendant, Kim. Not only is she pleasant and friendly, but she was very knowledgeable with computer questions I had. I have called there before and she was able to help me over the phone. I appreciate the phone assistance, but I greatly appreciate the front desk "smile". Kim and Alex rock Lincoln's south 15th street location. The fully explained what had happened to my son's laptop and what it would take to get it operational again. When I dropped it off they tried to fix it on the spot. It took a little more work though. They were able to fix the problem quickly and kept me completely informed. Best thing is NEW CUSTOMERS get a great deal on the cost!! I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

So helpful setting up my new computer. Kim was able to help me over the phone and I am grateful for that. I am feeling like I am more protected using my computer from now on. Thanks!!!
