I called around 2:00 p.m. Friday they were able to get me in same day. I had noticed a leak in my office around my wall the only other thing on the other side of my wall is the Outdoor Plumbing for the faucet. Trevor w. was amazing explained everything all the way through. If I didn't quite understand what he was talking about he made sure to explain it in a way that us people that are not plumbers understand. He was very friendly and respectful of my home and everything in it including my animals. This is the first time I have used John Henry's and I don't know about any of the other employees but Trevor by far was outstanding. If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will request Trevor by name because of the outstanding work respect and fast service he provided. Thanks again Trevor you rock!!!
We had a great experience from Jon Becker answering our questions promptly to the installers, Derek and Dave. They were efficient and friendly. They cleaned up after them and showed great care in moving things to our basement for the installation. We are so happy with the efficiency of the new Trane air conditioner and furnace. It runs less than our old one and we have less dust in our house. Great job by everyone. John Henry is a great company.
Amazing customer service, right from the beginning when making the call. They were able to come out same day. Zane was our tech and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything, listened to my concerns and followed up. Everything was taken care of same day. We had a new water heater installed. The detailed instructions for follow up were provided and clear and he showed me how to work everything. I am now a loyal customer!

We bought a new gas stove and could not for the life of us get the cap off of our line to install it. I attempted to contact three different plumbing services, and Roto-Rooter got back to me within twenty minutes. The technician, Mason, came out the next day and helped us out - even bringing up some points we hadn't considered, like the length of our flex line. Everything was explained, tested, and installed within about an hour. We'll definitely be returning as customers if necessary!
Very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism that I got. From the estimate visit with Mark to the actual installation of my back flow piping in prep for underground sprinkler installation coming up with Mason who was training Richie. Everyone was in time, professional, and did a fantastic job. Would recommend them to anyone.
