How does one express thanks as words seem so inadequate when it comes to dealing with death. Without Colonial Chapel funeral home and their wonderful staff (from the owner down), with my mom’s death it would have been an awful experience. Colonial stepped in when no others would, making the whole procedure flow smoothly. Paul who worked with us financially, Shelby who came out in the middle of the night, and then arranged everything. All the staff we met there were so dedicated and compassionate. Thank you to all of you from the bottom of our hearts. If anyone is looking for a funeral home , don’t give it another thought. Go straight to Colonial Chapel. You will not be disappointed.

Paul and his team went above and beyond for everything for our Mom's service. They were there with us from the beginning and were compassionate and caring. They helped us through the many choices of service and were even willing to let us have a service on a Sunday because of the busy schedule of all of our family. Mom was cremated but still was going to get buried. Several weeks after the service, Paul was still able to help us with the process of the burial. I am glad we went to Colonial Chapel. I would have not picked a different place.

My experience with this funeral home was awesome. Shelby took care of everything for me with no worries. Shelby took control and made it a beautiful day for me & my family. I felt very blessed.

If i could give more than 5 stars, I would! Shelby, was absolutely amazing and so helpful. My father was a veteran and they made sure they could get his VA records so I could use them for his death benefits. They walked my family through all the options without being pushy and helped me when I needed information. Shelby was so kind to us that she had a Tree planted in the memory of my father.
