Had my springs break on my garage. Called and had someone at my door the next day to fix it. Finished the project in just an hour, and my garage is so much smoother then it used to be. There were different options for warranties available for their products which is nice for what budget you have. Only thing I wish is the Lifetime warranty was transferable to the next homeowner. After (foolishly) trying to repair my garage door myself, I called ACS and they were at my door with an hour or so and fixed it completely within 45min. The technician was super friendly and noticed that the previous owner didn’t attach proper safety cables to my door springs. He did that and replaced a few things that were worn all within the quoted price. No surprises. Knowing that my 160lb door was fixed right and made more safe was well worth the cost.

Had a torsion spring break right while an ice storm was in the forecast. Called at 8:15 and they arrived within an hour. Our technician, John, was extremely friendly and did excellent work. He asked me to look everything over to make sure I was satisfied with the work and seemed happy to be answering any questions I had and giving me advice on maintaining our garage system.
