Steve and Jesse were very thorough with their inspection. They really took the time to make sure we understood everything and it was very much appreciated as first time home buyers. Obviously they have a passion for this job and answered all of our questions in a way that makes us feel confident going forward. Printed out copies of the report with pictures as well as a digital copy made it very easy to remember everything after the walk thru. Familiarity with the neighborhood as well as experience with older homes was definitely a plus. Went with them based on positive online reviews and am glad I trusted what I read.

Dave Six was awesome! He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, personable and thorough. He exceeded the expectations we had which was a pleasant surprise! He put our minds at ease by completing an inspection on our new home and letting us know the couple things we should have fixed, as well as informing us about helpful maintenance/preventative issues. Can't say enough positive things about Dave. We also had an easy time setting up the appointment with Sue and the price was what was quoted. We got the report in-hand after the inspection was completed as well as sent to us electronically. We give Home Standards 5 stars and would highly recommend them!

We recently used AmeriSpec Home Inspection for our house in Lincoln and it was a great inspection. Our Inspector, Ian, ask for him, took his time and truly walked through the entire space and had a fully detailed report. I have heard from others, that used other inspection services, that it only took a short time, Ian started at 8 am, and we met him at 11 am. Then we meet and spoke about the issues until 12:15 pm ish. He showed care and truly answered our questions. He also had a great sense of humor which makes the whole process better.
