Great customer service! The process of renting a storage unit could not have been easier. After selecting the unit on their website I stopped in the office on my first visit to ensure my lock would work and to locate my unit. Curt could not have been nicer! He immediately whipped out a map, explained the layout of the units and ensured I knew exactly where I was going. The office was super clean, organized and very welcoming. I would highly recommend Big Red Self Storage to anyone needing a storage unit!

I went with Big Red storage for a couple of reasons. First, locations across town allowed me to find a unit very close to home. But most importantly, I was able to do EVERYTHING online, and on a Sunday at that! Registration, payment, access code, everything was available to me in a quick 10 minute process. This meant I could get my stuff loaded up and out of the house that same day, before the weather changed. The unit was clean, easy to find, and exactly what I needed!

Worked with Curt to rent storage. Very professional and answered all questions I had. Big Red is very clean and very secure. I would highly recommend.

Super nice, state of the art facility. Very secure, everyone has their own code to get in so it puts my mind at ease that my stuff will be safe! I love that the units are indoors, too. Jenn was so helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with and got me taken care of right away. LOVE that they have elevators and also dollies for people to use so they can roll their stuff right up to the unit instead of carrying it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

JEN was amazing she made it a very smooth process, a very stress free experience I’m glad she was there to help me through my moving experience couldn’t ask for anything better! Very helpful and stood over time to meet my needs within my time frame. Amazing customer service!

The site is always clean, bright, lots of lights and Jenn is always willing to help in any way she can. She is very friendly and informative. Would totally recommend. Earned all 5 stars!

Very easy to rent and eat to access. Units are clean. The customer service team has been very helpful and responsive to our questions and any needs.we only needed it for a month but will certainly use in the future if needed again.
