I used Nelson for the second time, and again, was impressed. For jobs big or small, Nelsons was responsive to my contracting needs. I have had poor experiences getting responses from other contractors, no return phone calls, follow up with quotes, etc. Both times using Nelson's, follow ups were responsive and precise. Cost of repairs was fair and quality of work met expectations.

Art was fantastic this morning! He called after we made the appointment to discuss what the problem was. I received an email reminder and a text reminder for the appointment. And he called and let me know he was on his way before the appointment. Great customer service! When he got to our home he fixed the issue right away. He was so friendly and professional! Highly recommend Art and Nelson Contracting! Thank you thank you, keep up the great work.

Highly recommend this company. So easy to work with and did an awesome job. Also had to have siding replaced. My contact person was so nice and always got right back to me with any questions I might have had. Everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you so much, Nelson Contracting.

A big shoutout and thank you to Adam Cook. Once he actually called me back he explained everything to me very throughly. He was willing to help me out even with the insurance company and the ordering process. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you again Adam. I do have a couple of concerns about Apple Roofing as a company.First all of that answering service please to get rid that it gave me the runaround for 24 hours. You can also get back to potential customers quicker. Also every employee of Apple Roofing should have to go through a course in customer service.

We recently had a leak in our roof during the last rainstorm and called Apple Roofing. Todd Jones from Apple was fantastic! He came out the same day, during the rainstorm, and assessed the issue. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. He found the problem and returned the next day and fixed it. While on site to repair the problem he noticed some other regular maintenance items needing attention and handled those as well. We can’t say enough about his quality work, timeliness and dedication to delivering excellent customer service! We definitely recommend Apple Roofing and Todd Jones for any roofing needs.

Seth with Apple Roofing was great to work with! He provided great communication and quick turnaround on timelines to get my project completed! I will definitely call Seth/Apple if I need anything roof-wise and I would highly recommend.

Wow! Just wow! We had Neeman and Sons do cleanup work for another company that did a terrible job with our siding and failed to follow through. Neemans was a pleasure to work with the whole way through and did such an amazing job for a fair price. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Trevor inspected my roof and determined that it had to be replaced. He was very flexible in getting the work scheduled within our timeframe. Damion came out to get exact measurements and sheduled the day to do the work. He showed up right on time and completed the EPDM roof in one day. He and Victor did an excellent job and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Neeman and Sons.

I want to wholeheartedly recommend Neeman & Sons roofing and gutter install. They have quality people who no how to do a professional job. They have very friendly employees who do timely and Quality work. They treated me with respect and were very helpful through the whole process keeping me informed on everything they did.
